Description
Named for an island in Venice, inspired by Gothic Architecture.
Glowing, semi-transparent shades of aqua labradorite, surrounded by a highly detailed Gothic Arch clay frame.
Hand painted in a patina green accented, antiqued gold finish, adorned with aquamarine chip beads.
Pendant is just under @Â 1Â inch at widest, @ 1 7 8 long including bead.
Necklace is adorned with aquamarine and measures @ 24 1 2Â inches long but can be worn shorter. (can be adjusted upon request when purchased)
Parrish Relics are one of a kind and handmade in my one-woman jewelry studio at Frog Hollow. Semi-Precious stones and minerals are collected for the mysterious powers attributed to them, the beautiful colors and symbolism. Clay shrine-like frames pay tribute to their Historical use as Amulets.
